Toddler

Toddlers love to explore and discover the world around them. They are inquisitive and curious. This is a time for active exploration of their environment. Language development takes major leaps which leads to learning the names of objects of interest. At sunshine the toddler’s curriculum helps children in nurturing the skills.

The objective of the program is also to train toddlers in the development of motor skills and self-help skills, wherein the children are getting ready to enter a preschool.

Kindergarten

Sunshine Preschool aims in providing a healthy, playful and happy learning environment. The kindergarten curriculum at sunshine is designed ensuring a smooth transition from preschool to primary school. The activities are age appropriate with real life application and holistic development of the child.

The activities in the curriculum include phonics, Math, E.V.S, Fine motor skills, gross motor skills, dance and drama through which the children learn sounds, numbers, number concepts, prewriting skills and develop their large muscles. The progress of the child is tracked through continuous assessment in the form of rubric.

Primary

We at Sunshine believe that Co-curricular activities are vital because they play a very crucial role in giving the young boys and girls the ability to mould their lives to become well rounded people.

At the Primary school level, students are introduced to a whole new horizon of activities that gives them a better insight and lets them choose what they enjoy and what they wish to learn. Our Performing Art & Visual Art activities stimulate playing, painting, acting, dancing, singing and speaking skills in students.  These activities help hone the talents of our young minds at the Primary level and give them an opportunity to develop their specialized skills.

The goal of our Sports Programme is to give better fitness to students and inculcate a sense of sportsmanship, leadership, meticulousness, cooperation and team spirit.

In the Secondary and Senior Secondary section we believe that we need to encourage students to pursue their dreams and give them the tools they need to be able to do so. Here we enforce that competency is ultimately what is more important and we hone their skills to be able to face the real world. We expose them to real life situations and give them various opportunities to shine and prove themselves.

Our Corporate Model provides them the opportunity to experience the workings of the business world first hand and they are exposed to the idea of innovation and creativity. Our eclectic choice of subjects offered in the higher secondary such as Mass Media, Entrepreneurship, Psychology etc.. allow our children the opportunity to break away from the norms and choose their own unique and diverse career paths.
